NOTE: Our treatment provider will determine the appropriate treatment and number of sessions for your needs. The deposit for this service at the time of booking is $50 +HST.

Cancellation Policy

As A Courtesy To Others, If A Patient Is More Then 15 Minutes Late, Has No Showed, Or Cancelled/requested To Reschedule With Less Then A 48 Hour Notice - It Will Result In A $50 Charge, Meaning Your Deposit Will Be Kept. Patients Are Required To Fill Out A Form And Pay $50 Deposit Within 24 Hours Of Booking Their Appointment. Appointments Are Not Confirmed Until The Requirements Are Met.
