COVID-19 Safety Policies
In response to COVID-19, and in accordance with guidelines recommended by the Ontario Ministry of Health, there will be some changes to the Rejuvenus Clinic experience.
Thank you for your continued patience and co-operation as we navigate through unprecedented times.
Here’s what to expect:
All patients must have a scheduled appointment before arriving at the clinic; absolutely no walk-ins.
When booking, all patients must complete a pre-screening assessment before the appointment is confirmed.
Please leave your personal belongings such as handbags, jackets, umbrella’s etc. at home or in your car. Please come alone to your appointment, no children or guests.
In addition to our regular cleaning routine, our team will be thoroughly sanitizing procedure rooms and equipment with medical grade disinfectant before and after each patient.
Please notify the clinic if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, are awaiting test results,
or have started to self-quarantine as per the Public Health Guidelines.
We require all clients to wear protective face coverings before entering the clinic. Your temperature will also be taken with a contact free thermometer upon entry, as part of our screening procedures.
Members of our team will also wear protective equipment such as face coverings, face shields and gloves
during your visit. Additional equipment may be worn depending on the procedure.
Upon arriving at the clinic, please stay in your vehicle and call us to check-in for your appointment.
A member of our team will notify you when we are ready to see you.
Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the clinic and we ask all clients to sanitize their hands before entering. Kindly use the washroom.
We will continue to offer curb-side pickup for medical-grade skincare products. For additional convenience, we also offer shipping to home.

PLEASE, review these documents, print them out, signed where applicable, and bring them with you on you appointment. These forms MUST be signed before we proceed with the procedure and they will be kept for the clinic’s record.

Rejuvenus Clinic has implemented extra sanitary precautions and preventive measures while maintaining high-quality care in our office. The health, safety and well-being of our staff, patients and community are of the utmost importance to us.
If you, or someone in your family, has exhibited flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, severe muscle aches, shaking chills, or recent loss of taste or smell, DO NOT ATTEND the appointment.
