Office Meeting

At Rejuvenus Clinic, we pride ourselves on offering the best in medical aesthetics and skin care treatments for our clients.  Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures described below. 

 

Our policies have been designed to ensure you enjoy a stress free, relaxing and professional experience with us. These policies are imperative to the function of our business and unfortunately exceptions cannot be considered.

Booking Appointments

Please contact us directly (647)615-0223 or info@rejuvenusclinic.ca to book all appointments.  A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold appointments.

Physician Appointments

Physicians and other health care providers providing services in our facility on an appointment only basis are independent contractors and payment will be rendered directly to the physician/ health care professional. Any questions or concerns must be handled by the physician directly. Rejuvenus Clinic holds no responsibility for any procedures performed by the Physician or any other health care professionals.

Therapists Appointments

All Rejuvenus Clinic therapists are Canadian Licensed Estheticians and Certified Laser Technicians.  You can rest assured that you will be getting the best care available by experienced and knowledgeable staff.

Payment Information

We accept credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), cash, personal checks, Rejuvenus Clinic Gift Cards and Medi-Spa Week Gift Cards. Financing options may also be available, please ask for more information.

Contraindications

A contraindication is a condition or factor that can deem a patient not suitable for a particular treatment. There can be many contraindications to a treatment. In order to ensure you are a suitable candidate for treatment, you must complete our medical history form in our office. If in review of your medical history we find that you are not a suitable candidate, we may require that you obtain a medical clearance from your doctor or we may recommend another treatment route. You may also advise the front desk of any medical conditions at the time of scheduling to find out if you may not be a candidate.

Preparing for Treatment

Please read all the information provided on the page of our website about the particular treatment(s) you would like to receive, this way you may get some idea of what to expect, and how to prepare.

Gratuity

Industry standard for gratuity is typically 10% - 20% based on the quality of service received.  Tip envelopes are available at the front desk. Gratuities are not included in your service price, and are greatly appreciated.

Punctuality

When booking services at Rejuvenus Clinic, your appointment is scheduled with a health care professional, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment.  If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:

  • You  may opt to shorten your treatment.

  • You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a rescheduling fee will be incurred.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation.  Failure to do so will result in a $50+ (based on treatment) rescheduling fee. 

 

Packages and Expirations

All packages and treatment sessions will expire if inactive for over 6 months. Any unused credit or gift cards will expire after one year from date of purchase/ issuance. Please contact us if you need to freeze your package for any medical reasons i.e. pregnancy. Packages/ treatments sessions are non transferable. 

 

Refunds

All medical aesthetic treatments/packages, medi-spa treatments, medical skin care products, and Gift cards are not refundable. All sales are final. 

 

Children

All children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the treatment rooms. We are not responsible for any unattended children. 

 

Belongings

If you happen to leave behind any belongs in our office, we will do our very best to try to recover those items for you as we have been lucky to do thus far. However, we can not be responsible for any lost items.

Shipping within Canada

  • Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday.

  • Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Rejuvenus Clinic offers free shipping on orders of $100 or more before tax, otherwise a shipping rate of $25 will apply.

  • We ship via Canada Post using Expedited Service.

  • You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 business days depending on where you live in Canada.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally.

Backorders and Multiple Shipments

Based on product availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. In the event of such an occurrence you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

Returns and Exchanges

​

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on skin care and makeup products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used. Returns are accepted on unopened, unused merchandise in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving it to let us know.

Reactions Contraindications

Allergic Reactions & Contraindications

If you experience an allergic reaction to any product we ask you to advise us within 48 hours. We will provide an exchange or refund for the individual product if an allergic reaction has been confirmed. Please note that a prescription note and/or photos may be required.
