Apply to clean, dry skin. 
Start as often as you can tolerate the product without redness or flakiness, start with 2 x a week and gradually increase. Use at night only. Increases occur every 2-3 weeks.

Take a small amount and apply it evenly over your face and neck.
Use gentle, circular motions to massage the cream into your skin until it is fully absorbed.
Avoid rubbing or pulling on the skin, as this can cause irritation.
