Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to others, if a patient is more than 15 minutes late, has not shown, or cancelled/requested to reschedule with less then a 48 hour notice - It will result in a $50 charge, meaning your deposit will be kept. Patients are required to fill out a form and pay a $50 deposit within 24 hours of booking their appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the requirements are met.
