30 min – To Review your Neurotoxins results and aesthetic outcomes. Appoinment is typically booked two weeks post-treatment unless our health care provider specified. Please ONLY choose this option if your appointment is within 1-4 weeks from your initial botox appointment.
Cancellation Policy
As A Courtesy To Others, If A Patient Is More Then 15 Minutes Late, Has No Showed, Or Cancelled/requested To Reschedule With Less Then A 24 Hour Notice - It Will Result In A $50 Charge, Meaning Your Deposit Will Be Kept. Patients Are Required To Fill Out A Form And Pay $50 Deposit Within 24 Hours Of Booking Their Appointment. Appointments Are Not Confirmed Until The Requirments Are Met.
