We do not offer free consultations. At Rejuvenus Clinic, we charge a $50 (+ HST) non-refundable deposit for both new and existing patients to secure your appointment time. This deposit ensures our clinical specialists can dedicate the necessary time to provide a thorough clinical assessment, a review of your medical history, and the development of a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique goals. HOW IT WORKS ✔ Dedicated Time Slot: Your deposit reserves your preferred date and time with our experienced physicians or healthcare professionals, allowing us to provide personalized, unhurried care. ✔ Applied to Your Treatment: The $50 (+ HST) deposit is credited toward the total cost of your treatment or service on the day of your appointment. ✔ Included Assessment: Every booking includes an in-depth consultation and treatment plan assessment prior to your procedure. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY To respect the time of our medical providers and other patients waiting for appointments, we strictly enforce a 48-hour notice policy: • Rescheduling or Canceling (48+ Hours Notice): If you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to a new appointment date. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows (< 48 Hours Notice): Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows) or arrivals more than 15 minutes late, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING 1. Confirmation Email: Once your deposit is processed, you will receive an automated booking confirmation with your appointment details. 2. Pre-Consultation Forms: Please complete any digital medical history or patient intake forms sent prior to your visit to ensure a seamless experience. 3. Your Visit: Arrive at our clinic for your personalized assessment. Your deposit will be automatically deducted from your final invoice. **All patients are required to provide a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. This deposit will be applied as a credit toward your treatment at Rejuvenus Clinic when booked within 3 months of your initial consultation.
Cancellation Policy
At Rejuvenus Clinic, we strive to provide timely care to all our patients. Late cancellations and missed appointments mean that reserved time cannot be offered to another patient, please review our clinic policies: If a patient is more than 15 minutes late, has not shown, or cancelled/requested to reschedule with less then a 48 hour notice - It will result in a $50 charge, meaning your deposit will be kept. Patients are required to fill out a form and pay a $50 deposit. Appointments are not confirmed until the requirements are met. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which allow us to provide the best possible care to all our valued patients.
