Service Description

60 min – Cryotherapy treatment, also known as cryosurgery, is a non-invasive treatment that uses controlled freezing technology to target and remove unwanted skin lesions, including sun damage (solar lentigines), benign moles, precancerous lesions like actinic keratoses, other superficial irregularities such as warts and skin tags. By applying liquid nitrogen or a cryoprobe directly to the treatment area, the procedure effectively destroys abnormal cells while stimulating the skin’s natural healing process. This treatment is highly precise, minimizing damage to surrounding tissue while ensuring a smooth, even skin tone. Cryotherapy is a quick, well-tolerated solution for patients looking to address skin imperfections with minimal downtime. During the procedure, liquid nitrogen is applied to the targeted areas, allowing our experts to precisely target and destroy damaged skin cells at a cellular level. Following the freezing process, it is normal for the treated area to develop blisters and scabs, which typically heal within three to six weeks. Our medical team utilizes cryosurgery to treat a wide range of conditions, and it offers several advantages. Cryotherapy is a straightforward and cost-effective outpatient procedure that causes minimal discomfort, and there is a low risk of infection. We utilize an advanced cryotherapy technique, which is non-invasive and does not require anesthesia or stitches. This treatment has no downtime, significantly reduces the risk of scarring and other complications, and requires minimal post-treatment care. Our approach is effective in treating non-malignant skin lesions, including dark spots, plantar warts, liver/age spots, skin tags, moles, keratosis, angiomas, fibromas, milia, molluscum contagiosum, and more. It is important to emphasize that any suspicious or malignant growths should be evaluated and treated by a dermatologist to ensure proper diagnosis and management. CUSTOMIZABLE TO YOU - During your consultation, our experts will evaluate your skin concerns to determine if cryotherapy is the right treatment for you. Pricing varies based on the number and size of the lesions treated. Contact us for a personalized consultation. NOTE: Our treatment provider will determine the appropriate option for your needs.
