This service provides an isolated diagnostic scan to establish a baseline or check your hair health, designed to empower you with information, with no commitment or obligation to proceed with a treatment. The primary purpose of a HairMetrix Standalone Session is diagnostic and discovery—providing an objective, data-driven hair and scalp analysis to understand your hair loss type (e.g., thinning vs. shedding) and check follicle health. This session is ideal for anyone exploring options, checking donor hair stability for a transplant, or seeking a second opinion. While we can discuss treatment options based on your results, there is no pressure to proceed. This service is designed to leave you feeling empowered and informed about your hair’s needs. STEP 1 – CONSULTATION Using our state-of-the-art TrichoView™ videoscope and HairMetrix technology, we perform an advanced microscopic scan of thinning areas without clipping or pulling any hair. View your scalp and follicles in minute detail on a full-size screen. A trained Hair Loss Medical Expert, including our highly trained physicians and qualified healthcare professionals, examines your scalp, identifies the stage and specific type of hair loss, and discusses potential contributing factors like genetics, age, nutrition, or medical conditions. STEP 2 – REPORT At the end of your session, you will receive a personalized printed or digital report outlining key clinical metrics from high-resolution images of your frontal, midscalp, and occipital areas, providing a clear roadmap of your hair health. This includes hair density (the total number of hair strands per square centimeter or square inch), the terminal-to-ellus ratio (the proportion of thick, mature hairs versus thin, miniaturized hairs), hair shaft diameter (the average thickness of the hair strands), and follicular units (the count and grouping of hairs growing from each individual follicle). ** Patients are required to pay the full service fee at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
At Rejuvenus Clinic, we strive to provide timely care to all our patients. Late cancellations and missed appointments mean that reserved time cannot be offered to another patient, please review our clinic policies: If a patient is more than 15 minutes late, has not shown, or cancelled/requested to reschedule with less then a 48 hour notice - It will result in a $50 charge, meaning your deposit will be kept. Patients are required to fill out a form and pay a $50 deposit. Appointments are not confirmed until the requirements are met. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which allow us to provide the best possible care to all our valued patients.
