Your 20% introductory discount will be applied directly to the cost of your selected treatment or service package at checkout. The 20% discount applies to elective medical aesthetic treatments and does not cover medical dermatology services, including a single treatment or service package . Please consult with our clinic team for complete details. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION **All patients are required to provide a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. This deposit reserves your dedicated time with our clinicians and is applied as a credit toward your treatment at Rejuvenus Clinic when booked within three months of your initial consultation.
Cancellation Policy
At Rejuvenus Clinic, we strive to provide timely care to all our patients. Late cancellations and missed appointments mean that reserved time cannot be offered to another patient, please review our clinic policies: If a patient is more than 15 minutes late, has not shown, or cancelled/requested to reschedule with less then a 48 hour notice - It will result in a $50 charge, meaning your deposit will be kept. Patients are required to fill out a form and pay a $50 deposit. Appointments are not confirmed until the requirements are met. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which allow us to provide the best possible care to all our valued patients.
