When you refer a friend to our clinic, you’ll both receive a $50 credit toward your next aesthetic treatment. It is our way of saying thank you for being a part of our community. _____________ HOW IT WORKS For You (The Referrer) 1. Find Your Code: Log in to your client portal, navigate to your profile, and select the "Referral Program" tab to find your unique referral link and code. 2. Share: Provide this code to your friends or family who are new to Rejuvenus Clinic. 3. Earn: Once your friend completes their first treatment, a $50 credit will be applied to your account for your next aesthetic service. For Your Friend (The New Patient) 1. Register: Visit the Rejuvenus Clinic website and use your friend’s unique referral code when creating your profile. 2. Enjoy: Book your first aesthetic treatment and receive a $50 discount on your first visit. PROGRAM DETAILS & CONDITIONS • Referrer Credit: Valid for existing patients. The $50 credit is applied once the referee's invoice is closed and cannot be used toward previous purchases, cash redemptions, cancellation fees, or outstanding balances. • Referee Discount: Valid for new patients only. The $50 discount is applicable to a qualifying aesthetic service with a minimum purchase of $250 (pre-tax). • Exclusions: Referral credits and discounts apply to aesthetic treatments and skincare products only. Medical services, including dermatology, are excluded from this program. • Usage: Referral codes must be entered before the first invoice is closed. Discounts are non-transferable, non-retroactive, and hold no cash value. • Limits: There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. Rejuvenus Rewards do not expire. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this program at any time. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION **All patients are required to provide a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. This deposit reserves your dedicated time with our clinicians and is applied as a credit toward your treatment at Rejuvenus Clinic when booked within three months of your initial consultation.
Cancellation Policy
At Rejuvenus Clinic, we strive to provide timely care to all our patients. Late cancellations and missed appointments mean that reserved time cannot be offered to another patient, please review our clinic policies: If a patient is more than 15 minutes late, has not shown, or cancelled/requested to reschedule with less then a 48 hour notice - It will result in a $50 charge, meaning your deposit will be kept. Patients are required to fill out a form and pay a $50 deposit. Appointments are not confirmed until the requirements are met. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which allow us to provide the best possible care to all our valued patients.
