Rejuvenus Training Policies & Procedures


At Rejuvenus, we strive to comply with guidelines and regulations as outlined under the Private Career Colleges Act 2005. We also update our policies and procedures in accordance with the instructions released by the provincial Goverment of Onatrio.

All students taking a Certificate, Workshop or program at Rejuvenus are required to read and acknowledge the Rejuvenus a “Student Hand Book” prior to starting the program. Students are also provided with a Copy of the “Statement of Students’ Rights and Responsibilities” as per the guidelines and regulations outlined under the Private Career Colleges Act 2005.

You are requested to sign and date the above mentioned documents and then keep them for your own reference.

Rejuvenus Training Centre, has developed this notice explaining our information collection and other information related services, so that you have options to make personal choices.  


Rejuvenus is committed to respecting your privacy and to safeguarding your personally identifiable information in accordance with the Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Rejuvenus will not disclose any identifiable personal information except when we have obtained your permission or as disclosed in the privacy policy. Rejuvenus may collect and use personal information from you and about you to make our site and internal services more relevant and for the following purposes:

  • Administering admissions and analyzing the suitability of our offerings

  • Registration forms  and acceptance/welcome letters

  • Service your request

  • Academic program requirements

  • Provide you with customized information

  • Education related activities and announcements

  • Meet legal and regulatory requirements

  • Post school activity pictures online

  • Graduation surveys

  • Statistical reporting to government agencies

  • Legal obligation to disclose under a court order

  • Post approved testimonials submitted by students

  • Disclosure due to regulated public information

  • Provide you with ongoing service and updates and/or newsletters

Refusing or Withdrawing Consent:

Unless otherwise required by contractual obligations, you can refuse to consent to our collection, use or disclosure of information about you.  If you wish to refuse consent as outlined within this policy, please contact Rejuvenus directly. If you no longer wish to receive promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each outgoing communication.

All students taking a Certificate, Workshop or Program at Rejuvenus Training Centre are required to read and acknowledge the Refund Policy prior to starting any program. You are requested to sign your enrollment contract which contains your Refund policy. You will be provided with a copy of your enrollment contract to keep for reference purposes.

Fee Refund Policy as Prescribed under s. 25 to 33 of O.Reg. 415/06    



(a) Rejuvenus is committed to providing its students with an educational environment free from sexual violence and treating its students who report incidents of sexual violence with dignity and respect.

(b) Rejuvenus has adopted this Sexual Violence Policy, which defines sexual violence and outlines its training, reporting, investigative and disciplinary responses to complaints of sexual violence made by its students that have occurred on its campus, or at one of its events and involve its students.

(c) The person accused of engaging in sexual violence will be referred to as the “Respondent” and the person making the allegation as the “Complainant”.
