During this comprehensive session, we will take the time to deeply understand your concerns and aesthetic desires. Our medical specialists will evaluate your candidacy for various procedures and work with you to create a customized, results-driven treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. We encourage you to ask any questions or share any inquiries you may have, as our team is dedicated to providing you with the information and support you need to feel confident in your choices. What to Expect: • Expert Assessment: An in-depth discussion to determine the best treatment options for you. • Customized Planning: A personalized plan built to achieve your specific aesthetic objectives. • Transparency: A detailed quote for your treatment will be discussed during your visit. This is where your Rejuvenus experience begins. We look forward to welcoming you to the clinic and helping you look and feel your best. Please Note: When booking your appointment, please indicate which treatment you are interested in within the booking notes. **All new patients are required to provide a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. This deposit will be applied as a credit toward your treatment at Rejuvenus Clinic when booked within 3 months of your initial consultation.
Cancellation Policy
At Rejuvenus Clinic, we strive to provide timely care to all our patients. Late cancellations and missed appointments mean that reserved time cannot be offered to another patient, please review our clinic policies: If a patient is more than 15 minutes late, has not shown, or cancelled/requested to reschedule with less then a 48 hour notice - It will result in a $50 charge, meaning your deposit will be kept. Patients are required to fill out a form and pay a $50 deposit. Appointments are not confirmed until the requirements are met. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which allow us to provide the best possible care to all our valued patients.
