30 min In-Person Treatment Discussion of your concerns & desires with a doctor or healthcare provider to create an individualized treatment plan. We will work with you to understand your concerns and aesthetic goals, and create a customized, results-driven treatment plan to meet those goals. Our medical specialists will be happy to answer any questions, concerns, and inquiries you may have. We are here to support you and serve during this uncertain time. Quote for treatment will be discussed during your consultation. Candidacy of treatments will also be determined during assessment with our doctor or healthcare provider. This is where your Rejuvenus experience begins. We welcome you to take advantage of our complimentary consultation - our specialists are here to help. In the booking notes, please indicate what treatment you are interested in. **All new patients are required to provide a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment – Can be used towards any service at Rejuvenus Clinic within 3 months of initial consultation.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to others, if a patient is more than 15 minutes late, has not shown, or cancelled/requested to reschedule with less then a 48 hour notice - It will result in a $50 charge, meaning your deposit will be kept. Patients are required to fill out a form and pay a $50 deposit within 24 hours of booking their appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the requirements are met. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which allow us to provide the best possible service to all our valued patients.
